Electronic Devices Lecture-17&18: Temperature Effects on Metal and Semiconductor Parameters

In this lecture, i explained how the metal and semiconductor resistance and conductivity changes with temperature and also solved few problems based on conductivity, drift and diffusion.
And also discussed how the conductivity varies with respect to temperature.
