  1. sir in lecture 20...in transient condtn for impulse fn ...why we didnt consider that voltage.....u have open ckted that voltage(impulse fn)....we cant use ahhh....can u explain ...

  2. no for t<0 no voltage will be connected that is the meaning...impulse function means around '0' we need to apply the signal
