In this lecture, i discussed about the decoders, i.e how to design 2 by 4 decoder and 3 by 8 decoder. and also discussed decoder with enable inputs.
and also shown
design of a 2 -to-4 line decoder with active high enable input
design of a 2 -to-4 line decoder with active low enable input  
design of a 2 -to-4 line decoder with active low outputs
